Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. By accessing ProcessorWatch you agree not to engage in any of the activities below.

Automated access

  • No scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk-downloading of the Site or its content by automated means, except by public search engines that respect our robots.txt.
  • No use of the Site as a data source for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or grounding any machine-learning or generative AI system without our prior written consent.
  • No caching, mirroring, or redistribution of Site content beyond fair use.

Content misuse

  • No republishing of editorial content on other sites beyond short quotations with attribution and a link.
  • No use of Site content to create a competing directory, database, or "review site."
  • No removal, alteration, or obscuring of any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice.

Submissions

  • No false, defamatory, harassing, unlawful, or misleading Submissions.
  • No impersonation of any person, company, or role.
  • No submission of another party's confidential information, personal data, or protected trade secrets.
  • No submission of content that violates a non-disclosure, confidentiality, or non-disparagement obligation you have signed.

Security and interference

  • No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Site or its infrastructure without our prior written authorization.
  • No interference with, disruption of, or overloading of the Site.
  • No reverse engineering, disassembly, or attempts to derive source code.

Enforcement

We may investigate and take action against apparent violations, including blocking access, removing content, terminating accounts, and pursuing legal remedies. Report suspected violations to legal@processorwatch.com.
