Who publishes ProcessorWatch

ProcessorWatch is owned and operated by Paynetic Technologies in partnership with Nationwide Payments. Both entities operate in payment services and merchant processing. We disclose this openly because it is directly relevant to how you should read this Site: we are not neutral outside observers. We are informed practitioners publishing what we know and think about our own industry.

Why our editorial content is framed as opinion

Because we compete, our commentary on named processors, acquirers, ISOs, payment facilitators, gateways, and card networks is deliberately framed as opinion and analysis of publicly available information — not as statements of objective fact. See Section 8 of our Terms of Service and our Corrections & Right of Reply policy for how we respond to disputes about editorial content.

Editorial commitments

• We do not accept placement fees, paid rankings, or preferred-vendor slots from any processor listed on the Site.
• We do not accept affiliate commissions on processor sign-ups.
• We list concerns before praises on every profile.
• We publish the parent company and ownership of every processor, where known.
• We honor good-faith correction requests, and we publish rebuttals from subjects who dispute editorial content.
• Merchant "experiences" shown on profiles are illustrative composites, not verbatim testimonials.

If you believe a profile contains an error or you would like to submit a rebuttal, please use our Corrections & Right of Reply channel. Verified corrections are published promptly.
